For most products offered through Warrior-Martial-Art-Supplies.com, our Satisfaction Guarantee returns policy provides you a full 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund on any defective item or item shipped in error (See below for list of exceptions/exclusions).
Generally most of the manufactures we represent will not accept returns under any other circumstances. Although, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and it falls outside of our stated guidelines, please contact us. We are always willing to discuss your concerns and review your special circumstances.
Return exceptions/exclusions:
Our return policy excludes the following products, which for various legal, health and fraud prevention reasons, we cannot accept returns on, unless you were shipped the wrong product and the product is returned sealed/unused/unworn in its original packing:
- Food and nutritional supplements
- Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use
(unless clearly rated for commercial use) - New defective gaming machines (these must be addressed with the manufacturer)
- Opened software
- Opened DVD (unless received damaged, damaged DVDs must be reported within 24 hrs of reciept)
- Any return that is missing the originally shipped components
- Any products damaged in shipping (these must be addressed with the logistics carrier at time of delivery or immediately thereafter)
How to return an item:
Please fill out our order issue form by clicking here and we will process your request for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship the product until you have received this number and the instructions for returning the product.
Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed and will be assessed a 50% restocking fee. Only items returned with an RMA number will be reimbursed for return shipping. Upon receipt of the RMA, you have 30 days to return the product per the instructions listed.
Beyond the 30 day grace period, the item is no longer eligible for return and the product will either be shipped back to the individual at their expense, or a restocking fee of 50% of the total merchandise value will be charged to complete the transaction.
Important Notice:
In the case of refused shipment, or any return without prior authorization or an RMA number, the item in question will either be shipped back to the customer at their expense, or the item will be assessed a restocking fee at 50% of the total merchandise value. In this case, shipping will not be reimbursed.
All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival. Should the product be received in unacceptable condition, i.e. showing obvious signs of use or misuse, or is not defective as claimed, the product will either be declared ineligible for return and be shipped back to the individual at their expense, or be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the total merchandise value.
